My name is Ben Lee and I am the founder and CEO of Residential Optics Improvement (ROI). I was born and raised in Dallas and, except for college, have called it my home all my life. I am a licensed Realtor and have helped hundreds of clients buy, sell and invest in real estate. Before my real estate career, I spent over 12 years working in commercial insurance where most of my clients were contractors.
My two professional passions, real estate and contracting, have come together in Residential Optics Improvement. I have done my best to match up the work ethic, determination and integrity it takes to be a local contractor with the passion, responsiveness and attention to detail that it takes to be a local Realtor. I would be honored to show you how and why I decided to start Residential Optics Improvement.
